It is a new excogitated environmental superplasticizer. It is regarded as an excellent product because it owns high water reduction capacity, high slump retention ability but contains low alkali. And it has high strength gaining rate. It can be widely used in premix of common concrete, gushing concrete, super fluid state of self-compacting concrete and concrete of high strength and durability.

It is more useful in high-strength and high performance concrete, precast concrete and concrete of super-fluid state to avoid self-leveled vibrating.

Feature:

1.Wide adaptability: It is compatible with ordinary silicate cement, slag silicate cement and all kinds of blendings having excellent dispersibility and plasticity.

2.High water reduction: More than 38% water reducing rate with improving concrete working characteristics, also increasing concrete strength and durability.

3.Good slump retention ability: slump loss is less than 20% during two hours, guarantee concrete pumpability.

4.Good dispersibility: Making concrete have high fluidity.

5.Good cohesiveness: Making concrete have excellent workability, non-segregative & non-bleeding.

6.Low chloride and alkali content, no corrosion to rebar.

7.Lower dosage: high water reducing (25-40%), and cement save 15-30%.

8.High stability: no precipitation at low temperature.

Usage  

 

The recommended mixing amount is 0.18-0.22%. The actual mixing amountdepends on testing.

The recommended stirring time is 150s at least. It can also compound with other concrete admixtures. It can be added directly or after preparing solution with water.

Application   

It has a good adaptability with cement and other admixtures and has been widely used in non-shrinkage grouting material/mechanical grouting material, repair mortar,
cement-based mortar, waterproof mortar, crack-sealer and thermal mortar, and other cement-based dry powder material. It has been proved to be very helpful in improving
the fluidity, early and final strength and the decreasing the shrinkage crack at the last stage of the mortar hardens.

  1. Used for long-distance transportation pump concrete.
  2. Normal concrete, high-performance concrete, high-strength concrete and ultra-high strength concrete.
  3. Compounding high durable concrete required impermeability, high ability of keeping collapse and frost-resistance.
  4. Compounding high flowing concrete, self-leveling grounds, fair-faced concrete and grouts materials, gypsum products.
  5. Compounding concrete with high dosage of flyash and mineral powder.Safety attention  

Keeping away from contacting skin and eyes. In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water. In case of allergy and other adverse reaction, seek immediate medical advice.

Package & Storage 

Packed in 25kg fibre drum or plastic woven bag and stored in dry and cool place at 0-35°C, away from sunshine.

Its storage life is normally one year.
